We live quality!

Owing to our qualified staff and to the latest measuring devices we dispose of an efficient and economic quality assurance: In our house quality begins with a careful and foresighted product FMEA. Every six months partners and suppliers of our house have to undergo an extensive evaluation. Process controls (Statistic Process Control) and product inspections guarantee a constantly high quality level.

In the year 2003 all quality assurance measures as well as the strict observance of customer wishes resulted in the successful certification acc. to DIN ISO TS 16949:2002 (D).
In our house the "Zero Defects" principle is consistently practiced. Of course this measure is reflected in the supplier evaluations of our customers. We have therefore succeeded in establishing ourselves as A-supplier respectively as "Preferred supplier".

It is our philosophy to obtain maximum customer satisfaction by means of highest quality standards, observance of schedules, high flexibility and reliable customer service.
