Just as the metal domain, the injection moulding production has developed excellently. With a locking pressure of 25 to 800t we are covering today almost all application areas and process all common thermoplasts up to a single weight of 3000 g.

Each machine that is used in plastics processing corresponds to the latest state of the art. Each production terminal is equipped with a data acquisition terminal that collects and evaluates in real-time mode all necessary data. That means we are spraying, varnishing and assembling on the basis of new production equipments and on a high quality level. In the two-compound-moulding technique we dispose of the specialized knowledge that is necessary in order to realize your ideas at a low price, professionally and to your satisfaction.

In our own mould making division we produce according to our own constructions high-capacity tools for many application areas. In the development phase tools are already planned in consideration of automation. In order to maintain competitiveness in a more and more globalized market environment it is of great importance to make use of cost saving potentials. The certifications DIN ISO 9001, VDA 6.1 and DIN ISO 9000, that we achieved since 1997, prove you that we are not making empty promises with regard to exactness and quality.
