Mould making

Non warping plastic components without burr are demanding highest precision throughout the mould making process.

In most cases an individual customer consultation and a mutual agreement concerning the tool to be produced is the beginning of each project.

In our own mould making division we are producing in three shifts complex series tools as well as test tools and auxiliary tools. We are virtually able to produce overnight prototypes for initial start-up.

In this case we use above all the metal-cutting technology with the procedures turning, milling and drilling.
Further working steps are grinding (grinding cylindrically, surface grinding and jig grinding), eroding, laser welding as well as the final heat treatment. The coordination of these technologies allows us to create high quality precision tools.
